Grey Eagle Return/Refund Policy:
The following refund policy applies to all Grey Eagle flight reservations made between
a point in the
United States
and
San Felipe, Mexico
.
- If a passenger is not present at least
10 minutes before the scheduled departure time for a flight, that passenger is considered
a “no-show”. No refunds will be issued for “no-show” passengers. If a passenger does not show up for a flight, Grey Eagle has no opportunity to sell
that seat to others.
- If a passenger reservation is cancelled 30 days or more prior
to the scheduled departure date, a full credit for the reservation will be issued
to the credit card used to make the original reservation, minus a 5% handling charge.
The customer making the reservation must call Grey Eagle reservations at 760-804-8680
to cancel the reservation and obtain the refund.
- If a passenger reservation is cancelled between 7 and 30 days
prior to the scheduled departure date, a cancellation fee of $50 will
be retained by Grey Eagle Aviation, Inc. A credit for the balance of the round trip
fare will be issued to the credit card used to make the original reservation. The
customer making the reservation must call Grey Eagle reservations at 760-804-8680 to cancel
the reservation and obtain the refund.
- If a passenger reservation is cancelled between 24 hours and
7 days prior to the scheduled departure date, a cancellation fee of
$100 will be retained by Grey Eagle Aviation, Inc. A credit for the balance of the
round trip fare will be issued to the credit card used to make the original reservation.
The customer making the reservation must call Grey Eagle reservations at 760-804-8680
to cancel the reservation and obtain the refund.
- No refunds will be issued for reservations cancelled within
24 hours of the scheduled departure time for a flight.
